metaPWR Hiit Classes in Castlemartyr are hosted in the National School hall. metaPWR classes are on Fridays 7 pm. Classes last for 30 mins approx.. please allow about 35 – 40 mins with cooldown. It is advised to wear work out gear and bring water to stay hydrated!
